When should i place my order?

The earlier the better! Please allow 3 weeks notice prior to your event.  

How can i place an order?

Please fill out the “Custom Order Form” and include as many details as you can when ordering custom sweets. Please attach images, invitations or design inspirations. Within 3 business days, you will receive an email that confirms the details of your order. There will be a rush fee of 20% for orders taken last minute (within 2 weeks of pickup date). A last minute add on to an existing order (within 2 weeks of pickup date) will be subject to a rush fee of 20%.

When is my payment due?

I require a 50% non-refundable deposit to be considered booked on my calendar (for orders over $300) or full payment unless the event is week off. The remaining balance will be due 1-2 weeks before your event unless it is for a wedding cake.

An invoice will be sent with order information, payment details, and pick up information. If invoice is not paid by the due date, your order will be cancelled.

Do you ship?

At the moment, I do not offer shipping.

Where do i pick up my sweets?

Local pickups are in Yorba Linda, CA. Pickup information will be on the invoice of your order. I will be in touch the week of pickup to confirm pickup information.

Do you deliver?

I offer delivery for cake orders which require setup on site (i.e. tiered wedding cakes, tiered custom cakes). Delivery starts at $2.50 per round trip mile.

What if i have to cancel my order?

I understand the uncertainty of events. I will do my best to accommodate your order for a new date.

Orders cancelled within the week of pickup will not receive any refund due to costs and preparation that have already gone into your order. All other orders will receive a refund minus the 50% non-refundable deposit.

WHat if i miss my pickup time?

If for some reason you miss your pickup date, we can reschedule a new date, at my convenience. However, if you miss your pickup date for an event that has passed, no refunds will be given. Please be courteous and be on time for your pickup as I ensure to have your order ready by your pickup time. I completely understand things out of our control may happen. If that is the case, please communicate with me!

Do you teach private cookie decorating classes?

Absolutely! You can host your own event and I will bring all the cookies and decorating tools. Please fill out the “Custom Order Form.”

*All sweets are handled and packaged with great care to ensure they arrive in the same condition they were in before they left my kitchen. Once they leave my hands, I will not be responsible for the sweets after they have been picked up.
